Dikotomia (Dichotomy) with Anna-Kaisa Haanaho

Dikotomia (Dichotomy) was a joint exhibition with Anna-Kaisa Haanaho first at Gallery Höyry in Korpilahti in December 2022, and then at Gallery G12 in Helsinki in February 2023. The aim of this project was to study the relationship between pleasing and displeasing through colours, forms and surface structures in small scale ceramic sculptures.

The sculptures were created in dialogue and exhibited as a collection. During the creation process we had colour discussions, sketching sessions, shared photos and ideas as well as planned the exhibition installation together.
