This Rusko ceramic plate is a one-of-a-kind item and handcrafted by me. It is made of high-fired slip-casting clay and glazed with a beautiful matt, rutile-rich glaze with a pinkish/brownish pool of speckles on a white base. It can be used as a serving plate or as a decorative wall plate.

All my ceramic works are designed and handcrafted by me. I mix my own slip-casting clays and glazes and use as much Finnish materials as possible. This Rusko plate is one-of-a-kind due to its unique glazing result. The bottom side of the plate is unglazed and handpolished to feel silky-soft to the touch.
